1. Service Deposits & Payments
- All projects require an agreed deposit before work begins.
- Final payment is due upon completion and approval of the project.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:
- The project has not been started after payment.
- Services delivered are not in line with the agreed project scope.
- Technical issues caused by our error cannot be resolved.
Refunds are not available if:
- The client changes their mind after work has begun.
- Delays are caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing content).
- The project has been completed and approved.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request to cancel a project before it starts for a full refund.
- If cancellation occurs after work has started, only unused hours or incomplete portions may be refunded at Web Yonder’s discretion.
4. Digital Products (if applicable)
For any digital downloads, templates, or products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product is delivered.
